Important Rules And Guidelines To Follow During Our Trips

  • Our speed boat for whale watching and swimming with dolphins is not recommended for pregnant woman.

  • It is important to follow all skippers directives during your time with us.

  • All reservations should be made at least 48hrs before outing. Any cancellation, by the client, should be made at least 48hrs before the outing or a 100% rate will be charged.

  • Baba Cool Ltd can cancel any trip due to bad weather conditions.

  • Baba Cool Ltd guarantees a 90% chance to encounter dolphins and 60% for whales.

  • In the case of not seeing the dolphins and whales Baba Cool Ltd will not refund clients due to the high running cost of the trips.

  • We provide snorkeling equipment.

  • Bring: sun cream, towel, swim suits and water shoes.

  • We have proper and valid insurance and licenses as prescribed by the Tourism Authority.

  • We respect the code of conduct issued by the Tourism Authority.
