COVID-19 CANCELLATION POLICY: FOLLOWING HIGH TEMPERATURE / COVID-19 POSITIVE PCR TEST • Any cancellation, by the client or Tour Operator, should be made at least 24hrs before outing to be eligible to a 100% cancellation fee to be waived totally. • Any cancellation, by the client or Tour Operator, made between 12hrs to 24hrs before outing will be eligible to a 100% cancellation fee to be waived totally should the client present a Positive PCR test during the day and/or a Doctors Certificate stating clients illness/fever. Else, a 50% cancellation fees will automatically apply. • Any cancellation, by the client or Tour Operator, made in the morning before outing will be eligible to a 100% cancellation fee to be waived totally should the client present a Positive PCR test during the day and/or a Doctors Certificate stating clients illness/fever. Else, a 50% cancellation fees will automatically apply. • Any cancellation due to the Black River region or the Region of residence of the client(s) be declared a Red Zone at any time before the outing, the 100% cancellation fee will be waived completely. • Any cancellation for Groups / Families, by the client or Tour Operator, made before outing will be eligible to a 100% cancellation fee to be waived totally should at least 1 pax in the group present a Positive PCR test during the day and/or a Doctors Certificate stating clients illness/fever.
